Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity supporting K-12 students with speech and language needs. This long-term assignment runs from September 2026 through June 2027, offering a dynamic environment for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists. Through either in-person or teletherapy services, you'll collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to help students develop strong communication and language skills.

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts SLP license (SLP MA)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) accepted
  • Experience providing speech-language services to pediatric or K–12 populations
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms and delivering virtual support (if applicable)
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload in a school setting

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for K–12 students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all compliance standards
  • Consult with parents and educators, providing strategies and support for generalization of skills
  • Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and professional development as required
  • Embrace flexibility, adapting to both in-person and virtual service delivery if needed
