Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Valid SLP license in Missouri, or eligibility to obtain one
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and indirect services aligned with educational goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district requirements
• Support student success through advocacy and effective intervention strategies
• Consult with teachers and families about student needs and progress
