Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid SLP license in Missouri, or eligibility to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience working in school settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and indirect services aligned with educational goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district requirements
- Support student success through advocacy and effective intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers and families about student needs and progress
