Job Description
Step into a full-time contract opportunity supporting middle and high school students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist. This onsite role begins August 24, 2026, and runs through June 10, 2027, providing 35 hours each week at a welcoming educational community near Philadelphia, PA. You'll make a direct impact, collaborating with staff and students in person. Please note: the district is seeking an onsite provider exclusively for this opening.
What You'll Bring:
- Valid SLP-CCC and PA licensure
- Previous experience in school-based settings, preferably with middle and high school populations
- Familiarity with general SLP duties in an educational environment
- Confidence and sensitivity working in urban schools
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual, consistent attendance
- Ability to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start
- Comfort working onsite (onsite placement only; no remote options)
- Flexibility to work within the required hours of 7:15AM–4:00PM (no alternative schedules)
- Commitment to a full academic-year contract
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students, supporting their academic progress and communication goals
- Conduct assessments and evaluations as outlined by educational requirements
- Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation in accordance with school and state mandates
- Participate in IEP meetings and case conferences as required
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success
One full-time onsite position is available; interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
