Wakefield | Full-Time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday - flexible start times) | Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for Booking Administrator to join a busy and friendly team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys organisation and coordination, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

The Role

\n

As a Booking Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of travel and event logistics.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Managing multiple shared inboxes, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • \n
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining data across internal systems and Excel spreadsheets
  • \n
  • Coordinating travel bookings (air, rail, and bus), ensuring alignment with company policies (full training provided)
  • \n
  • Proactively managing travel changes, delays, and cancellations
  • \n
  • Supporting registration platforms, updating delegate information, and maintaining accurate records
  • \n
  • Producing weekly reports relating to travel and accommodation data
  • \n
  • Assisting with visa request processes
  • \n
  • Distributing e-tickets and final travel communications
  • \n
  • Recording and tracking ticket pricing to support reconciliation processes
  • \n

About You

\n

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced office environment.

\n

You will ideally have:

\n
    \n
  • A minimum of 2 years’ office or administrative experience
  • \n
  • Strong email management skills and the ability to handle high volumes efficiently
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling personal data
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • \n
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • \n
