We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Service Team Leader at their prestigious dealership near Heathrow. - Lead and motivate the Service Advisor team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve operational success \n
- Model professionalism, customer care, and operational excellence \n
- Support the effective operation of the service department by managing workloads and processes \n
- Assist the Workshop Controller and Service Manager in their absence \n
- Coach, guide, and develop team members to maximise performance and job satisfaction \n
- Handle customer queries professionally, resolve escalated concerns, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction \n
- Monitor and improve service processes to meet KPIs and customer expectations \n
- Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and management \n
- Manage workshop loading, book appointments, and ensure scheduling aligns with capacity \n
- Produce accurate job cards, estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation \n
- Identify additional sales opportunities through effective product explanations and onboardings \n

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar within the automotive industry \n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and customer relationships \n
- Track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and operational targets \n
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
- Knowledge of workshop processes, KPIs, and automotive service procedures \n
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving and decision making \n
