We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer to join a reputable independent bodyshop located in Evesham, Worcester. This is an excellent Paint Sprayer opportunity for a professional aspiring to work in a well-established environment offering stability, competitive pay, and a balanced work schedule.Benefits: \n

- Up to £50,000 basic salary, dependent on experience \n
- Monday to Friday working hours from 7:00am to 4:00pm \n

- Prepare vehicles and panels for painting, ensuring quality standards \n

- Carry out paint refinishing, repairs, and blending to manufacturer specifications \n
- Conduct colour matching to ensure precise colour consistency across different vehicle makes \n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and work efficiently within a team environment \n

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer \n
- ATA or IMI qualification preferred but not essential \n
- Strong knowledge of modern automotive paint and repair techniques \n
- Experience working on various vehicle makes and models \n
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
