Our client, a well-established independent garage in Andover with over 60 years of service, is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. - Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles \n
- Accurately diagnose faults and report findings to the Workshop Manager \n
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and company procedures \n
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and work to high-quality standards \n
- Maintain a high level of productivity and work efficiently within team targets \n
- Assist with basic vehicle inspections and MOT testing (training provided if necessary) \n

- No formal qualifications are essential; practical, "time served" experience is highly regarded \n
- An IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair is advantageous \n
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points \n
- A motivated team player with a commitment to quality workmanship \n
- Individuals with a valid Class 4 and 7 MOT testing licence are preferred but not mandatory; training available for suitable individuals \n
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a busy environment \n
