Location: CheltenhamSalary: £45,000

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a busy manufacturing operation, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for production planning, team leadership, operational performance, continuous improvement, and maintaining a strong health & safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly production schedules to achieve OTIF delivery.
\n
• Lead, coach and develop production teams.
\n
• Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency and quality.
\n
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
\n
• Manage labour, materials, machinery and production resources.
\n
• Monitor key KPIs including OEE, downtime, waste, scrap and labour efficiency.
\n
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and operational standards.
\n
• Lead daily production meetings and resolve operational issues.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience as a Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
\n
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
\n
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
\n
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
