The Dog Haus is a new, dog grooming studio and retail space opening in Davenport,Stockport and we're are looking for an experienced and confident Dog Groomer to join the team.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality grooming and enjoys building relationships with clients

Rsponsibilities

• Deliver high-quality grooming services including bathing, drying, clipping, trimming and styling
\n
• Ensure every dog is handled safely and comfortably throughout the grooming process
\n
• Consult with owners on grooming requirements and provide aftercare advice
\n
• Manage the daily running of the grooming studio including bookings and workflow
\n
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the grooming area
\n
• Monitor dogs for any signs of health concerns and communicate with owners where appropriate
\n
• Help oversee retail sales of dog products and maintain an organised shop floor
\n
• Support the growth and reputation of The Dog Haus through excellent customer service
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous professional dog grooming experience three years min
\n
• Confident handling dogs of different breeds, sizes and temperaments
\n
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality grooming
\n
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
\n
• Ability to manage a busy grooming schedule
\n
• Experience managing or leading a grooming salon is beneficial but not essential
\n
• MUST have grooming experience, please do not apply if not
