We're recruiting for a motivated and ambitious Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our client's well-established and highly successful mortgage brokerage in Hertford. The Role

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Meet clients face-to-face and provide professional mortgage advice
\n
• Conduct initial appointments and progress applications through to completion
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering outstanding customer service
\n
• Ensure all business is written compliantly and in line with regulatory requirements
\n
• Develop your knowledge and expertise through ongoing training and mentoring
\n
• Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets
\n

Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:

\n
• Minimum CeMAP 1 qualification (full CeMAP qualification advantageous)
\n
• Driven, motivated and eager to build a successful career in mortgage advice
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
\n
• Professional, organised and target-driven approach
\n
