- Lead and develop the workshop technician team to maximise efficiency, sold hours, and first-time fix rates \n
- Drive performance of customer-facing teams to increase upselling opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards \n
- Support the implementation of new digital systems and processes aligned with dealership digitalisation strategies \n
- Facilitate skills development and career progression of team members \n
- Streamline operational processes within the Customer Journey, including Vehicle Health Checks \n
- Ensure compliance with group financial policies, DVSA MOT regulations, and health & safety standards \n
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to achieve short, medium, and long-term objectives \n
- Foster a positive team environment, maintaining staff motivation and engagement \n
- Deliver a seamless, efficient service experience for all customers \n
- Contribute to the overall success and smooth running of the dealership department \n

- Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a busy automotive dealership \n
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop teams \n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills \n
- Sound knowledge of manufacturer processes, DVSA regulations, and health & safety standards \n
- Proficiency with digital systems and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies \n
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service \n
- Ability to analyse performance data and develop improvement strategies \n
- Full UK driving licence preferred \n
