Senior Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Service Advisor in Sutton, Surrey. This is a key role within a busy and well-established Bodyshop, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to lead customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:\n

• Competitive basic salary up to £36,000 dependent on experience

• Genuine OTE of up to £38,000 with attractive bonus incentives

• Monday to Friday working hours, 7am – 5pm, with no weekends

Duties of a Senior Service Advisor:\n

\n
• Lead and motivate the service reception team to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
\n
• Build rapport with customers, assessing their needs and managing expectations effectively
\n
• Liaise with insurance companies, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow
\n
• Manage the progress of repairs and insurance claims efficiently
\n
• Handle customer enquiries, providing timely updates throughout the vehicle repair process
\n
• Uphold and promote high standards of customer service to foster loyalty and referrals
\n
• Collaborate with workshop managers and departments to meet targets
\n
• Support business development activities, including upselling and securing new contracts
\n

Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:\n

\n
• Proven experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or similar customer-facing automotive role
\n
• Experience within a Bodyshop or accident repair environment is highly desirable
\n
• Strong leadership and team management skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
\n
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
\n
• Knowledge of automotive DMS systems, with AutoFlow experience preferred
\n
• Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
\n
