You'll be the face of the business, providing exceptional front-of-house support while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office.From welcoming visitors and coordinating meeting spaces to supporting events, facilities, building operations and financial administration, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Property & Facilities Services Coordinator, you will:\n

- Deliver a professional front-of-house and reception service to employees, visitors and contractors. \n
- Manage incoming calls, shared inboxes, visitor access, reception duties and general enquiries. \n
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, courier services and confidential mail. \n
- Support workplace operations including desk bookings, meeting room setups and event coordination. \n
- Work alongside Facilities Management teams to ensure the building remains safe, compliant and operational. \n
- Carry out site inspections, support health and safety activities and assist with emergency procedures where required. \n
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and service providers to ensure high service standards. \n
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices and support financial administration activities. \n
- Assist with office moves, space planning, occupancy monitoring and workplace improvements. \n
- Provide administrative support across the wider Property & Facilities team as required. \n

- Previous experience in a customer-facing, reception, facilities or office support role. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach. \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. \n
- High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately. \n
- Confidence working independently while also contributing as part of a team. \n
