Description

As a Customer Relationship Manager you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
  • \n
  • Lead new client onboarding, helping customers successfully implement the platform and become self-sufficient users.
  • \n
  • Drive product adoption by identifying opportunities to increase engagement and maximise the value customers receive from the solution.
  • \n
  • Identify and deliver upselling opportunities, promoting additional products and services that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • \n
  • Proactively manage customer satisfaction and retention by recognising potential churn risks and implementing effective solutions.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and support long-term customer success.

Profile

\n

\n
    \n
  • 3+ years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term success.
  • \n
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • \n
  • Highly organised and customer-focused, with experience managing multiple accounts while driving retention, satisfaction, and product adoption
  • \n

Job Offer

  • Daily rate of £170 to £185, dependent on the level of experience.
  • \n
  • A temporary position with opportunity to go perm.
