Looking for a long-term Night Porter role with a friendly, supportive team and the opportunity to earn extra through regular overtime?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-maintained residential development in the heart of Marylebone, offering the chance to join a close-knit team of just four staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person on site, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is happy working independently overnight.

What you'll be doing:

• Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors and contractors
\n
• Receiving and managing deliveries
\n
• Carrying out regular site patrols and security checks
\n
• Monitoring CCTV and building systems
\n
• Responding to resident enquiries professionally and efficiently
\n
• Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe and presentable
\n
• General porter duties to help keep the building running smoothly
\n

We're looking for someone who:

\n
• Has previous experience within residential property (preferred)
\n
• Alternatively has a strong hotel front-of-house, porter or concierge background
\n
• Is reliable, proactive and enjoys delivering great customer service
\n
• Is confident working independently on night shifts
\n
• Holds a valid SIA licence or has previous security experience (advantageous but not essential)
\n
