• Deliver a high-quality plumbing repairs service across domestic properties, including bathrooms, sinks,tapsand drainage systems
\n

\n

\n
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality,productivityand safety
\n

\n

\n
• Attending and completing all required training, toolbox talks, and e-learning modules
\n

\n

\n
• Communicating professionally and empathetically with customers, colleagues, and local stakeholders
\n

\n

\n
• Carrying out work safely and professionally, ensuring customers homes are left clean and secure
\n

\n

\n
• Using PDA/mobile technology to receive, update, and manage repair jobs efficiently
\n

\n

\n
• Producingaccuraterecords, including before-and-after photographs and detailed job notes
\n
