Senior PMO Planner - M&A / Demerger - London
\nOnsite in Central London 3 times per week
\nOutside IR35
\nSenior PMO Planner required to play a key role in a major business separation programme. Working across multiple workstreams, you will create and maintain an integrated programme plan, bringing together milestones, dependencies, and critical paths into a single, centralised view.
\nYou'll work closely with Project Managers, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment, identify risks early, and provide the level of detail needed to proactively manage programme delivery.
\nKey Skills and Responsibilities,

- Own and maintain the integrated master programme plan across a complex IT demerger and separation programme. \n
- Consolidate workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths into a single source of truth. \n
- Identify, track, and proactively manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and schedule impacts. \n
- Work closely with Project Managers, senior stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and delivery readiness. \n
- Lead planning for infrastructure and application separation activities, including cloud, network, identity, and data environments. \n
- Produce clear programme reporting, including milestone tracking, schedule variance, and critical path analysis. \n
- Drive planning governance, ensuring consistent standards, data quality, and adoption across all workstreams. \n
- Proven experience delivering planning leadership on large-scale demerger, carve-out, divestiture, or M&A programmes. \n
- Strong expertise in enterprise planning tools such as OnePlan, MS Project, Planview, Clarity, or similar. \n
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify issues before they impact delivery. \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior business and technology leaders. \n
