Electrician

Morgan Hunt are seeking a skilled Electrician to work with a large maintenance organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) in both tenanted and void properties.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) in tenanted and void properties.
\n
• Complete all relevant paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
\n
• Carry out remedial repairs identified during EICR checks.
\n
• Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
\n
• Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
\n
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Completion of an electrical apprenticeship or equivalent.
\n
• Relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).
\n
• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification is mandatory.
\n

Experience Requirements:

\n
• Must have experience conducting EICR checks in residential properties.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
\n
• Experience in local government or public sector is advantageous.
\n
