The Role

You'll be delivering GCSE and Functional Skills English across the College, working primarily with vocational learners aged 16-18, alongside a growing cohort of adult learners. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their qualifications, develop confidence in English, and progress into higher-level study or employment.

Working within a highly experienced and collaborative teaching team, you'll benefit from a culture of sharing best practice, innovative teaching approaches, and a strong focus on student engagement and achievement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

A degree in English or a related subject Experience teaching or tutoring GCSE and/or Functional Skills English The ability to motivate and engage learners aged 16-18 from a range of vocational backgrounds A passion for helping students achieve their full potential and succeed in their future careers
