Oracle ERP Functional Consultant l HR l Payroll l DV Clearance l Public sector l Outside IR35 l £500-£525 PD l 6 months l Remote

We're supporting a major public sector transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale business transformation across HR, Payroll and wider corporate services.

*This role requires an active DV Clearance*

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Gather and analyse business requirements.
\n
• Lead stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions.
\n
• Configure and optimise Oracle ERP solutions.
\n
• Support functional design, testing, deployment and user adoption.
\n
• Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
\n
• Drive process improvements and best-practice Oracle solutions.
\n

Key Skills & Experience

\n
• Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Functional Consultant.
\n
• Strong Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Payroll experience.
\n
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
\n
• Requirements gathering, functional design and UAT support.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
\n
• Experience working within complex or regulated environments.
\n

Contract

\n
• Outside IR35
\n
• £500-£525 per day
\n
• 6 month with high extension opportunity
\n
• Remote with ad-hoc trips to Milton Keynes when needed
\n
