The role

As a Private Client Solicitor in Dunfermline, you’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with colleagues across the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

\n
• Advising on wills, powers of attorney and estate planning
\n
• Handling executry administration matters
\n
• Assisting clients with trusts and succession planning
\n
• Advising on incapacity and guardianship matters
\n
• Managing client relationships from instruction through to conclusion
\n
• Providing support and guidance to colleagues where appropriate
\n

About you

This role would suit a Private Client Solicitor who:

\n
• Has 2+ years’ PQE in private client work
\n
• Is confident managing their own caseload independently
\n
• Has experience handling wills, executries and powers of attorney
\n
• Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• Enjoys building long-term client relationships
\n
• Has a proactive and organised approach to their work
\n
• Holds or is interested in pursuing STEP qualifications
\n
