As a Debt Recovery Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts and working closely with customers to agree fair and sustainable payment plans. The role involves negotiating solutions, liaising with internal departments, and providing sensitive support to vulnerable customers, all while ensuring debt recovery is handled professionally, ethically, and in line with company policies and legal requirements.

  Liaising with internal teams to support account resolution

  Experience in credit control or debt recovery is desirable, but not essential
