Location: Aberdeen

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Duration: Temp (Approximately 2 Months with potential for extension)

Hours: 25 Hours per Week (5 Hours per day)

Are you a people person with excellent customer service skills? Do you enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same? We are currently recruiting for a Resident Services Assistant to join a busy and welcoming student accommodation team in Aberdeen.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a vibrant residential environment, supporting students and helping to create a positive community atmosphere. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone with a customer-focused background who enjoys working with people.

What You'll Be Doing

As the face of the accommodation, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, ensuring a friendly and professional experience at all times.

Your duties will include:

• Managing the front reception desk and welcoming residents and visitors
\n
• Handling incoming parcels, deliveries and post
\n
• Responding to emails and general enquiries
\n
• Providing day-to-day administrative support
\n
• Updating the site's Instagram page with appropriate and engaging content
\n
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of resident events and activities
\n
• Supporting students with general enquiries and directing issues appropriately
\n
• Carrying out ad hoc housekeeping and site support duties
\n
• Helping to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents
\n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality or administration
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
\n
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
\n
• A proactive and positive attitude
\n
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
\n
• An interest in social media and community engagement
\n
