An established and highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join its growing customer experience team.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who have already built a successful career within an office-based customer service, customer support or contact centre environment and are looking for their next long-term move.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

• A minimum of two years experience in an office based customer service, customer support or contact centre role

• Experience managing customer enquiries across telephone, email and digital channels
\n
• Experience using CRM or case management systems
\n
• A stable employment history
\n
• A genuine desire to develop a long-term career within customer service and customer experience

This position is unlikely to be suitable for applicants seeking their first office-based customer service role.
