\nWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme focused on the implementation of a new electronic invoicing solution across multiple locations within EMEA.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a regulatory-driven initiative, working closely with business stakeholders, regional teams, and a third-party vendor to ensure successful delivery and adoption of a new cloud-based platform.
What You'll Be Doing\n- \n
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements across multiple stakeholders and regions \n
- Working with regional teams to understand current processes and identify business impacts \n
- Producing high-quality requirements documentation and process maps (As-Is and To-Be) \n
- Supporting system implementation activities from requirements through to delivery \n
- Acting as the link between business users, regional teams, and external vendors \n
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect management \n
- Identifying process improvements and supporting future enhancements \n
- Helping ensure regulatory requirements are understood and reflected in business processes \n

- Strong Business Analysis experience within complex change or transformation programmes \n
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements \n
- Experience supporting system implementations and change initiatives \n
- Knowledge of process mapping and business process analysis \n
- Experience supporting UAT and testing activities \n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills \n
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment \n
- Comfortable engaging with teams across multiple locations and functions \n

- Experience working on finance-related projects \n
- Exposure to invoicing or e-invoicing processes \n
- Experience working with third-party vendors \n
- Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven change \n
