Site Manager – New Build Storage Facility Location: Luton Project Value: £7m Programme: 15 months We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new six-storey storage facility in central Luton for a medium sized main contractor client. The project is a straightforward steel-frame build with a 15-month programme. However, due to the town-centre location, the successful candidate will need to effectively manage site logistics, deliveries and access restrictions. Key Requirements * Strong experience delivering new-build steel-frame projects. * Technically competent with a thorough understanding of construction processes. * Ability to manage subcontractors, programme, quality and health and safety. * Experience managing challenging site logistics within a restricted or town-centre location. * Confident working as the lead Site Manager and taking responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project. * Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
