Are you an experienced Senior Revenue Controller looking for a role where you can lead people, improve processes and make a real commercial impact? Based in Bristol, you'll join a supportive finance team where your expertise will help strengthen working capital performance while developing those around you.

How you'll make an impact

As Senior Revenue Controller, you'll play a key role in helping the business manage cash flow, strengthen client relationships and deliver an excellent billing experience.

• Lead the management of debt, WIP and cash collection across a complex client portfolio.
\n
• Partner with senior stakeholders to improve working capital performance.
\n
• Oversee accurate and timely billing, ensuring invoices are right first time.
\n
• Support month-end financial controls and provide working capital reporting.
\n
• Review complex billing matters, including charge rates and e-billing requirements.
\n
• Coach and develop Revenue Controllers and Billing Assistants through day-to-day leadership.
\n
• Monitor workloads, service levels and team performance.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and strengthen financial controls.
\n
• Support the implementation of new systems and process improvements.
\n
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and clients to resolve billing queries effectively.

• Experience in revenue control, credit control and cash collection within a professional services environment.
\n
• Strong knowledge of billing, WIP management and working capital.
\n
• Experience managing complex client portfolios and senior stakeholder relationships.
\n
• Previous line management or mentoring experience.
\n
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
\n
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
\n

Desirable

\n
• Experience within a legal or partnership environment.
\n
• Chartered Institute of Credit Management qualification.
\n
