Harvey, Donaldson & Gibson are seeking an experienced VRS-registered RICS Surveyor to join our team in Aberdeen.

What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified \n
- RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible) \n
- Strong experience in residential valuation \n
- Solid technical knowledge of construction, pathology, and risk management \n
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ambition to develop into senior or leadership responsibilities \n
- A commitment to mentoring, sharing best practice, and contributing to the success of the wider team \n
Your Role

- Carry out lender and private valuations and Level 2 surveys \n
- Deliver high-quality, risk-aware reporting in a regulated environment \n
