Teaching Assistants - Spalding & Surrounding Areas | September Start

The Supply Register is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Spalding and surrounding areas.

Working in partnership with the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, we offer a variety of opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements within supportive local primary schools.

Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant or have previous experience working with children, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range, helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Roles may include:

• General classroom support

• Small-group interventions
\n
• 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional assistance
\n
• Supporting pupils with SEND
\n

• Experience working with children or young people
\n
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
\n
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
\n
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils
\n
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
\n
