Mobile Cleaning Supervisor London Full Time (Monday to Saturday, 8.30 am - 6.00 pm) £35,000 per annum + Overtime Our client is a premier, high-end cleaning company with over 40 years of excellence in delivering top-tier services across London. They pride themselves on maintaining the highest standards in cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction. The Role They are now seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join the team and help lead, inspire, and ensure the smooth operation of the cleaning services. This is a hands-on role initially looking after a team of 4 cleaners, with the potential to develop into managing 2 teams. The successful candidate will meet cleaners at a designated meeting point each day, drive the crew vehicle to the first job, unload equipment, work with and supervise the team, check the job before leaving, pack away equipment, and travel to the next job. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Managing and motivating a team of cleaners Assisting with recruitment and training of new team members Operational Excellence Organising and supervising daily cleaning tasks based on the offices run sheets Ensuring all cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards, including general cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, curtain handling, and bed-making Supporting other teams when required and stepping in to clean if necessary Driving the company vehicle and transporting the cleaning team to jobs Unloading equipment, working alongside the team, and supervising the cleaning process Checking completed work before leaving each property Customer and Business Care Taking ownership of each job, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the companys image Monitoring team presentation uniformed, professional, and equipped with a clean company van Administration and Reporting Keeping daily records of staff hours, mileage, and any issues observed at job sites Submitting before-and-after photos for every job and highlighting any concerns to the office Reporting damages and maintaining direct communication with the office and management Requirements Essential Hold a clean UK driving licence Have solid experience in the cleaning industry Speak fluent English Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic Show pride in your work, attention to detail, and the ability to set and maintain high standards Live in and around London Desirable Portuguese or Spanish language skills Whats In It For You Competitive salary of £35,000 + overtime opportunities A chance to work with a respected name in high-end cleaning services Opportunities to grow within a supportive and professional team The satisfaction of knowing that your leadership and organisational skills contribute to the success and reputation of the company Normal daytime work rather than contract cleaning with cleaners working short shifts across multiple sites Work across prestigious London areas including Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, St Johns Wood and Kensington A unique role within a company that has been established for 40 years and built a strong reputation within the industry Whats next?
