- Book MOTs, scheduled services, and repair work for customers efficiently \n
- Advise customers on warranty cover and identify opportunities to upsell parts and accessories \n
- Coordinate with the Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments \n
- Manage high volumes of customer interactions in person and via phone \n
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding turnaround times and job progress \n
- Maintain accurate customer records and update dealership systems \n
- Build rapport with customers to deliver a first-class service experience \n

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry \n
- Knowledge of dealer management systems such as Kerridge or ADP is advantageous \n
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly \n
- Energetic, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service \n
- Able to work independently and as part of a team \n
- Genuine interest and passion for cars and the automotive industry \n
