    Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Supervisor or experienced Team Leader

  • \n

    Experience working within a fast-paced retail environment

    • \n
  • \n

    A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, developing and motivating a team

    • \n
  • \n

    Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

    • \n
  • \n

    Commercial awareness with experience driving sales and KPI performance

    • \n
  • \n

    Strong visual merchandising and operational standards

    • \n
  • \n

    A positive, energetic approach with a genuine passion for retail

Key responsibilities

    Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the retail store

    Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer service

    Drive sales, commercial performance and store KPIs

    Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store

  • \n

    Ensure excellent stock management and operational standards

  • \n

    Create a welcoming shopping environment for every customer

  • \n

    Support recruitment, onboarding and team development

    • \n
  • \n

    Deputise for the Store Manager when required
