Senior Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Vehicle Technician in Selby, North Yorkshire. Duties of a Senior Vehicle Technician:\n

\n
• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair tasks on motor vehicles to the highest standards
\n
• Complete work efficiently, adhering to manufacturer time guidelines
\n
• Record diagnosis details, work performed, and parts used in line with group and manufacturer standards
\n
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
\n
• Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and customers
\n
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved and maintained
\n
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies, including electric and hybrid vehicles
\n

Requirements of a Senior Vehicle Technician:\n

• Qualified to a minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
\n
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
\n
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Commitment to high standards of work and safety procedures
\n
