Location: Hybrid - 2 Days in Office | CreweJob Type: Full-Time | Permanent
The Opportunity\nWe are looking for a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join a growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment supporting both customers and internal sales teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the sales process, maintaining accurate customer records, processing orders and documentation, and providing exceptional support to customers throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team. \n
- Process customer orders, documentation and sales requests accurately and efficiently. \n
- Maintain up-to-date customer records using the company's CRM system. \n
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email. \n
- Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure all required documentation is completed. \n
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met. \n
- Prepare reports and update internal trackers as required. \n
- Assist with quotations, sales administration and customer follow-up activities. \n
- Help organise customer meetings and maintain regular communication with key accounts. \n
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and compliant with company processes. \n
- Provide administrative support to other departments during busy periods where required. \n

- Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales Support or Account Support role. \n
- Experience working with both new and existing customers. \n
- Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar experience beneficial). \n
- Strong administrative and organisational skills. \n
- Experience supporting a commercial or sales function. \n
- Previous experience working within a small or medium-sized business would be advantageous. \n
- Financial services experience is not required. \n

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail. \n
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. \n
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes. \n
