Commercial & Corporate Disputes Paralegal (3-Month FTC)

Ryder Reid Legal is working with their law firm client to recruit for two Commercial & Corporate Disputes Paralegals to join their renowned and high-performing disputes team on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, supporting an urgent document review exercise commencing immediately and running through to mid-September.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Assist with a high-volume document review and disclosure exercise
\n
• Support the Commercial & Corporate Disputes team on active litigation matters
\n
• Work closely with fee earners to ensure efficient and accurate case progression
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Essential: Prior experience in litigation
\n
• Essential: Experience in document review and/or disclosure
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information
\n
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
\n

Availability

\n
• Candidates must be immediately available
\n

Working Arrangement

\n
• Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
\n
