Signature Recruitment are delighted to recruit a Publishing Coordinator for a respected London organisation. This permanent role offers £30,000 per annum, hybrid working (1–2 days per week) and an immediate start.

Based in East London, you'll work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You'll support several teams and keep daily operations running smoothly. At the same time, you'll build strong relationships across the organisation. If you enjoy variety, you'll feel right at home. Every day brings something new. One day, you'll coordinate meetings and prepare important documents. Next, you'll organise travel and manage busy diaries. You could also support business projects or improve administrative processes. As a result, your work will have a real impact. Furthermore, you'll help colleagues stay organised and informed.

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, diaries and day-to-day administration to keep the team organised and running efficiently.

  • Prepare meeting papers, take accurate minutes and ensure actions are followed up promptly.

  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, contractors and external stakeholders while providing excellent administrative support.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts and business information, ensuring high standards of organisation and compliance.
  • \n
  • Look for ways to improve processes and support projects that enhance the way the team works.
  • \n
  • Provide flexible support across the business and help deliver a professional service to internal and external contacts.

  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with a wide range of people.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, with experience using functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
