- Up to £39,729 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE £45,729) \n

- Diagnose electrical and mechanical systems on light commercial vehicles using manufacturer diagnostic technology \n
- Carry out routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and servicing to manufacturer standards \n
- Complete vehicle repairs or component replacements as required \n
- Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure compliance with safety standards \n
- Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction through quality work and service \n
- Work within a team to support regional workshop operations and maintain fleet efficiency \n
- Continually develop technical skills through in-house and manufacturer training programmes \n

- Level 3 City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair \n
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a vehicle technician role, preferably within a fleet environment \n
- Full UK driving licence \n
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills \n
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards \n
- Team player with good communication skills \n
- Experience working on light commercial vehicles is desirable \n
