Reward Specialist - 12m FTC - Public Sector Org.

Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in reward, pay structures, and job evaluation? We're partnering with a large and complex organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and looking for a Senior HR Advisor to help shape and deliver a modern, fair, and data-led reward framework.You'll play a key role in reward strategy, pay and grading reviews, job evaluation, reward analytics, and equality reporting, whilst working closely with senior stakeholders to drive positive organisational change.What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in reward, compensation, or pay and grading

• Expertise in job evaluation frameworks
\n
• Excellent analytical skills with experience of pay gap reporting and reward data
\n
• Ability to influence stakeholders and support organisational change
\n
