Are you an experienced Duty Manager/Senior Conciergeready to take the next step?

We're recruiting for a hands-on Duty Manager to join a modern residential development in West London. This is an opportunity to move into a broader operational role where you'll lead from the front, support your team, and play a key part in delivering an exceptional resident experience.

The Role

Working alongside the Site Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the development, acting as the first point of escalation during your shift and ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting the concierge team
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
\n
• Managing resident queries and complaints
\n
• Overseeing contractors and monitoring site standards
\n
• Carrying out building inspections and Health & Safety checks
\n
• Responding to incidents and ensuring effective resolutions
\n
• Supporting planned maintenance and operational projects
\n
• Maintaining accurate records and operational compliance
\n

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll spend as much time supporting your team and residents as you will managing the operation.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Currently working as a Senior Concierge, Head Concierge, Duty Manager or similar
\n
• Residential, hospitality or facilities management experience is highly desirable.
\n
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others
\n
• Calm, organised and confident making decisions
\n
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
\n
