Location: Hybrid – Oldbury & Wolverhampton

Salary: Up to £45,000 + benefits

Contract: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a growing team delivering high-quality workplace health services. This hybrid role involves weekly travel to client sites in Oldbury and Wolverhampton, alongside home-based working.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver a full Occupational Health remit including:
\n
• Case management
\n
• Health surveillance
\n
• Pre-employment assessments
\n
• Fitness for work and safety-critical medicals
\n
• Provide advice on physical and mental health in the workplace
\n
• Maintain high clinical and professional standards
\n
• Manage a structured daily caseload
\n

Requirements

\n
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
\n
• Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
\n
• Strong case management experience
\n
• Ability to travel to client sites weekly
\n
• OH qualification desirable but not essential
\n
