Personal Assistant to the Directors
Job Description
Hours – 4 day working week Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm plus Friday mornings 7.30am – 11am during school holidays.
\nSalary – 30 – 35k per annum (DOE)
\nOur client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our close-knit team and play a key role in supporting our Directors and wider business operations.
\nThe Role
\nThis is far more than a traditional PA role—it's a dynamic position at the heart of the business. You’ll work closely with the Directors, helping to keep operations running smoothly, supporting business growth initiatives, and acting as a key point of coordination across multiple departments.

\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\nExecutive & Administrative Support

- Manage busy diaries, schedules, and appointments \n
- Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents \n
- Take meeting minutes and track follow-up actions \n
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and spreadsheets \n
Sales & Commercial Support
\n- \n
- Assist with quotations, including technical submissions \n
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing \n
- Maintain cost databases and support accurate quoting \n
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and efficiently \n
Marketing & Business Development

- Create and manage LinkedIn content \n
- Support case studies and marketing campaigns \n
- Design engaging materials using Canva \n
- Assist with brand awareness and promotional activity \n
Events & Company Initiatives

- Organise internal and external events \n
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and communications \n
- Lead and grow company charity and fundraising initiatives \n
Stakeholder & Supply Chain Coordination

- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams \n
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders \n
