Project Manager - High-Rise Retrofit & Cladding Remediation Location: Bristol (Permanent) Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking to lead one of the South West's most significant high-rise retrofit programmes? We're recruiting two Project Managers to deliver a major high-rise facade replacement and refurbishment programme. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of two residential tower blocks, managing projects from construction through to successful handover while working for a leading contractor within the social housing sector. The Opportunity You'll lead the delivery of complex capital works and retrofit projects, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, programme and commercial performance. Working alongside experienced delivery teams and trusted supply chain partners, you'll play a key role in improving homes and creating safer, more sustainable communities. Projects include: High-rise cladding and façade replacement Fire remediation and fire protection works Roofing and structural repairs External refurbishment Concrete repairs M&E removal and reinstatement Landscaping and external works Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of two major high-rise refurbishment projects. Manage project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders. Identify and manage commercial and programme risks. Drive health & safety, sustainability and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee defect management and deliver high-quality project handovers. Mentor and support site teams while fostering a collaborative working environment. About You You'll have proven experience managing complex construction or refurbishment projects, ideally within social housing or occupied residential environments. Experience in the following is highly desirable: High-rise residential refurbishment Façade or cladding replacement Fire remediation projects Capital works and retrofit programmes Managing multiple subcontractors Commercial and programme management Essential Qualifications SMSTS CSCS Card Temporary Works Coordinator Scaffold Inspection First Aid at Work Full UK Driving LicenceExperience with PAS2035 retrofit projects and social housing refurbishment would be advantageous.
