Lead Domestic Gas Engineer

Domestic Gas Engineer TXM Recruit are working with a growing specialist who are looking for a Domestic Gas Engineer to support premium home delivery and installation services. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead high-spec domestic gas appliance installations while mentoring junior engineers and delivering a first-class customer experience. Location: Depot in MK - National Service/Install Salary: £45,000.00 - £49,000 per annum, dependant on experience Hours: Rotating shifts, where once in couple of weeks you would be required for weekend work Responsibilities * Provide expert demonstrations to customers * Mentor junior engineers and support depot teams * Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance * Install Gas appliances in customer homes Requirements * Fully qualified domestic gas engineer * Domestic installation experience * Leadership mindset – able to coach and develop others * Full UK driving licence * Willing to travel to depots and customer sites TXM Recruit is an equal opportunities employer.
