\nRole Description
\nThe Head Housekeeper for TV production facilities is a full-time, hands on, role based in Bridgend, Wales.
\nThis role is responsible for maintaining the quality, preparation and presentation of our facilities trailers and production units.
\nDay-to-day tasks include maintaining our standards of excellence, coordinating cleaning schedules around production timelines, cleaning the facilities and maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables.
\nThe Head Housekeeper will liaise with the Account Managers and Workshop Manager to respond quickly to specific requests, address any issues, and uphold a professional, welcoming environment.
\nThe role also involves training new team members, implementing safety and cleanliness procedures, and supporting a positive and efficient working atmosphere.

\nAbility to manage and carry out cleaning tasks to the highest of standards.
\nStrong Communication skills for coordinating with housekeeping team members, and other on-site personnel.
\nExcellent organisation skills to manage cleaning schedules, inventory, and multiple facilities efficiently.
\nPrevious experience in housekeeping or facilities management, ideally within film, television, hospitality, or similar environments.
\nAbility to work on-site in Bridgend, with flexibility to adapt to production schedules, including early starts or occasional extended hours.
\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for cleaning products and equipment, with sound environmental judgement.
\nReliable, detail-focused, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
