\nAre you a Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology graduate looking to gain experience in mental health and special education?
\nA specialist SEMH school in Bicester is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You'll work alongside therapists, counsellors, and psychologists, gaining invaluable experience for careers in Educational Psychology, Therapy, or SEN Teaching.
The Role:\nSupport children 1:1 and in small groups Assist with learning and behaviour plans Work with professionals to provide holistic support
Ideal Candidate:\nDegree in Psychology, Counselling, or similar (or relevant experience)
\nPassionate about mental health and SENResilient, proactive, and adaptable
\nSalary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
