This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to expand their technical knowledge while working with a diverse range of systems, customers, and technologies. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring their IT environments continue to operate effectively. The role will cover a variety of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and cloud-based solutions. The position will involve delivering support remotely, with occasional travel to customer locations to assist with on-site technical requirements.Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide IT support by phone, email, and remote access.
\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
\n
• Support customer computers, servers, networks, and cloud systems.
\n
• Install and configure hardware and software.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
\n
• Create and update technical documentation.
\n
• Carry out occasional on-site customer support.
\n

About You: We are looking for an experienced IT support professional with:\n

\n
• 3+ years’ experience in an IT support or infrastructure role.
\n
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
\n
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
\n

Experience with the following technologies is required:\n

\n
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, Networking, and VPNs.
\n
• Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Defender.
\n

Experience with firewalls, switches, servers, storage, virtualisation, and Microsoft certifications (AZ-900/AZ-104) would be advantageous. Knowledge of mobile devices and Mac, iOS, Android, or Linux environments would also be beneficial.Benefits include:\n
