They're now looking to appoint a Qualified Accountant who enjoys working closely with clients, building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality accountancy services within a collaborative, supportive team. If you're looking for greater flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact, this could be exactly what you've been searching for.The Role This is a varied position offering exposure to a broad range of clients and responsibilities.You'll be responsible for:\n

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
\n
• Preparing corporation and personal tax returns
\n
• Producing management accounts
\n
• Reviewing bookkeeping and VAT returns
\n
• Supporting business owners with financial advice and planning
\n
• Assisting clients with cloud accounting systems including Xero
\n
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
\n
• Supporting junior members of the team where appropriate
\n
• Ensuring compliance deadlines are achieved
\n

About You We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent client relationship skills.You'll ideally have:\n

\n
• ACCA or ACA qualification
\n
• At least 5 years' experience within an accountancy practice
\n
• Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and taxation
\n
• Experience using Xero and cloud accounting software
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
\n
• The ability to manage your own workload effectively
\n
