A well-established London law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its highly regarded Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal with 1-2 years' experience to work alongside experienced partners on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, asset management and development work. The firm offers excellent training, genuine career progression and exposure to high-quality clients.

The Commercial Property Paralegal's Role\n

The successful Commercial Property Paralegal will support fee earners across a varied commercial property caseload, gaining hands-on experience throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with commercial property sales, purchases, leasing and asset management matters
  • \n
  • Preparing contract packs and obtaining Land Registry documents
  • \n
  • Assisting with due diligence and title investigations
  • \n
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence and reports
  • \n
  • Carrying out property searches and legal research
  • \n
  • Assisting with SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
  • \n
  • Supporting post-exchange and post-completion matters
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties
  • \n
  • Preparing title reports, statutory declarations and notices
  • \n
  • Managing electronic files and monitoring key deadlines
  • \n
The Commercial Property Paralegal\n
    \n
  • 1-2 years' commercial property paralegal experience
  • \n
  • Law degree, GDL or equivalent qualification
  • \n
  • Experience supporting commercial property transactions
  • \n
  • Strong drafting and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Confident communicator with strong client care skills
  • \n
  • Proactive and able to manage competing priorities
  • \n
  • Experience with SDLT and Land Registry applications would be advantageous
