HR Advisor

We are supporting a global leader within the defence and aerospace industry in the recruitment of an HR Advisor for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

This role will support the HR Business Partnering team and offers a broad mix of HR administration, employee relations, recruitment support, reporting and HR systems work.

You will play a key role in ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently while providing practical support and advice to managers and employees.

• Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities
\n
• Provide guidance on absence management, disciplinary processes and employee relations matters
\n
• Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
\n
• Process employee changes and HR transactions through Workday and SAP
\n
• Support recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers
\n
• Produce HR reports and analyse workforce data to identify trends and risks
\n
• Support performance review, talent management and wellbeing initiatives
\n
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
\n

We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous HR experience within a generalist HR role
\n
• Experience supporting employee relations cases
\n
• Strong administrative and organisational capability
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
\n
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
\n
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP or similar platforms
\n
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and strong attention to detail
\n
