Are you an experienced Wealth Management Paraplanner looking to join a firm where your technical expertise is genuinely valued?

Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll provide technical expertise across every stage of the advice process, helping to deliver bespoke financial planning solutions for affluent and high-net-worth clients. This is a varied, intellectually rewarding role where no two cases are the same.

The Opportunity

\n

As a key member of the paraplanning team, you'll be responsible for:

    \n
  • Producing high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters.
  • \n
  • Conducting detailed technical research across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning.
  • \n
  • Preparing cashflow modelling and retirement planning analysis.
  • \n
  • Supporting annual review work and ongoing suitability requirements.
  • \n
  • Researching products, tax-efficient planning opportunities and investment solutions.
  • \n
  • Working closely with advisers, administrators and compliance to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
  • \n
  • Attending client meetings when required to support advisers with technical discussions and financial planning presentations.
  • \n
\n

This is a genuine technical paraplanning position where you'll have the opportunity to influence advice rather than simply process paperwork.

About You

\n

We're looking for an experienced paraplanner who can demonstrate:

\n
    \n
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
  • \n
  • Previous experience within an Independent Financial Adviser or Wealth Management firm.
  • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection and taxation.
  • \n
  • Excellent suitability report writing skills.
  • \n
  • Experience with financial planning and research tools, including cashflow modelling software.
  • \n
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality client outcomes.
  • \n
  • Ambition to continue developing professionally, with support available towards Chartered status.
  • \n
